Who the culprit,
Who the judge,
How the judgement,
What the plea for mercy?
Who the culprit,
What the crime of his,
Who the jailer,
How the jailed?
What about punishment,
How the judgement,
Who the judge,
Where is justice,
How is it given?
The legal hassles,
Files piled upon,
Clerical works so slow,
Times and situations changing
With the change in mood and mind
And so is judgement
With evidence and witness
And paper work
And money and plea.
