We bow before forgotten Deity
No faith left to spare.
With goodness wasted away
We bask in the decadence of unforgiveness;
Claws of anarchy pierce into our mortal skin
And we are swallowed into the whirlpool of incessant pain.
The agony that has consumed us
Is by no means unbearable,
But with no way out
Our belief for what was once real
Leaves us blind and alone
To bleed on the floor
Of this abandoned sanctuary.
