Whose The Lordly Proceeding Poem by james watkin

Whose The Lordly Proceeding

Whose the lordly proceeding
Embrowed of clouding strode?
Wide-sleeved this windiness is.
Heavy-weaved its gusts' mode.

Each knows, in girl-creature meek
In butterfly, caught up in
Stalks beneath whose train's grandness
Bend not but revering.
