Why do we wander
Around this little world
Only to be disappointed
At the story's we are told

Why do we simpathize
With the terror someone's give
When really its just simple life
That most of us want to live

Why do we love and hate
To complicate our life
And Why can't one man
Have one family and one wife

Why can't we live together
And never have to fight
And why do little children
Have so many sleepless nights

Why do so many governments
Around our little world
Let their people starve to death
When there's money to unfold

And why can one mans dream
Be Another mans sins
It seems that in this world of ours
Only the rich man wins

Why do we give so much
To people we don't know
And why are we all strangers
In a world that we all know
WHY
