Why Did You Do It? Poem by Sandra Black

Why Did You Do It?

Rating: 5.0

Why did you do it?
You always knew
Deep down
That us will never be

why then did you raise my hopes
I was dancing on tight ropes
When you just tested me futilely
A nudge a push and. a shove

Now I cannot besaved from above
There is no such thing as love
He just wanted to get in my head
He just sought the path through my bed

I was but a fool
To break the rule
Why did you do it?
You scumbag you Muscovite
