Out here underneath this moon
The stars are shining bright
Why did you leave me?
Why aren't you here tonight?

Why did you take that drink?
Why did you drive away?
I often stop and think
Why couldn't you just stay?

Why are you under that stone?
Why am I the one in tears?
You have left me here alone
With memories throughout the years

We shared a love together
For you that wasn't enough
We've seen some stormy weather
But never nothing this tough

My heart was already yours
But, now it's way too late
For now my tears will pour
Until I meet you at Heavens gate
