Like being, like breath,
the breeze brings life,
tempering Florida's heat.
Across the oceans,
the Gulf of Mexico,
skimming blue water,
land and reef,
precious mist,
ten thousand miles
to reach me here.
A baby cries in China,
laughter on a distant isle,
flying fish swimming in air,
the sweat of a peasant,
the people on the beach,
all touched, all touching,
one world, one life,
one breeze breathing
life to silent thoughts.

Very lovely poem on the wind. From America to China, the wind is a unifying n connecting element. Wind as a metaphor for unity is a great idea.
Yes. Would it not be great if humans were as tolerant as the wind. Thank you and glad you liked it.
