Wine Cellar Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Wine Cellar

Rating: 5.0

Wine cellar

She stands and poses
Wood barrels scattered
She goes up
She touches
On the top
On the side
Hands are raised
And lowered
She's blond with long legs
She is camel in her neck,
And a horse with soft mane
Brick-walls like the wine
Both are white and are red
My thoughts though
Far away
In time and in place
With Khayyam
We're walking and he calls:
"Get up girl, solve our pains
One goblet of the wine
Let's drink before death
Then; we will be goblet..."
