Winner At A Loser's Game Poem by Samantha Jenks

Winner At A Loser's Game

My minds been racing this bodies aching trying to dodge all the daggers you throw.
If only you knew what lies beneath, this love that still flows.
I want you back but you were never the one for me.
I am truly the martyr of a sinister plot.
You’re pushing your heartache onto me bringing me down with you.
You never knew though I was already dead, but then you killed me too.
My actions are outweighed, nothing I can do or say will please.
Truth is you want it this way and that’s finally okay with me.
I can play this game with a quicker whip and sharper tongue.
You make me scream I can make you bleed.
This battle will be won, our friendship lost.
At whose expense…… not mine.
In the end ill be on top, sorry love I always win.
You’ll be crying and feel like you’re dying……
This one on you I will pin.
