Winters End Poem by Javier Zamorano

Winters End

Rating: 5.0

i am in this moment
afraid yet with courage to say
i am ready to speak with words
they will take away
a great fear.......... it has
a new home and
i cannot stay for one lost minute
i have been seduced,
more than once frost bitten
a share of dream that
is meant to have us both in it.

it has been many winters
few summers
and whose voice owns the illusion
i practiced so many years
do we practice these dry tears

only we i understand
do we choose to be alone
and if it is the painful that die
i am afraid for you
and for myself i am afraid also
but willing like i have never
been willing to before
let go and let god or,
..... let myself.....
give up control
because control has always been the greatest
illusion of all.

give up control because control has always been the greatest illusion of all. Winters end...with these feelings; it's really a nice poem. You have a wonderful poetic sensibility, Javier. Keep up the good work. Best wishes. Naseer
