Wisdom Poem by Sasanka Sekhar Panda

Wisdom

Rating: 5.0

Eyes I love you so intensely
that I would rather
prefer to be blind
than strain and defile
yourselves with scenes
of cruelty, debauchery,
violence, fraud and
all bad deeds,
heart I love you so much
that I would rather prefer
your beatings
to be ceased
rather than
discordantly dance.
Arms I love you so deeply
that I would rather prefer
you don't extend yourselves
than doing malignant acts.
