Waiting
You are not near me
but I can feel
your presence
invisible and soothing.
Although I know
you have departed
for ever
to some unknown world,
still I am hopeful
to get you back
one day, when
ecstatic joy will sprout
on the olive branches
and my dry life shall be
a green valley once again.
I am waiting for your love
even after my death
when we shall be reunited
once again
in that unseen land.
