Wisdom Thinks Before Wisdom Speaks Poem by Terence George Craddock

Wisdom Thinks Before Wisdom Speaks

the wise man found
wisdom profound
does not pay fools
worthless lip service

wisdom first listens
without interruptions
to accurately distil
what each issue imparts

wisdom will hear
ear heart will hear
eyes will perceive
intellect will perceive

wise minds think
contemplate reflect
before a single
word is spoken
