Wish To Not Be A Killer Poem by Claire Hunter

Wish To Not Be A Killer

Rating: 4.5

She floats on her back
Dark hair around her head
Like a halo
Eyes closed but still she is seeing
The water ripples around her
And still she floats
Softly, without a care
Her small face
Glowing with the joy
Of being away from the hardship
Of being the Killer Child
Always doing her father's bidding
Killing people without a second thought
Kill first and ask later
She wishes she could lie
On the water forever
And just fade away
To absolutely nothing
