I thought of her and felt
It was painful with full of guilt
I could take her in confidence
And satisfied with words at once
I always felt closeness
When found some smile on her face
It was infusing new energy
I felt luckiest and thanked almighty
She was still suffering from stroke
Third delivery had cost her shock
The boy did not live for long
Something had actually gone wrong
The timely help could not be extended
Even though the doctors had attended
But seniors were on long vacation
The good treatment in time was real question
So many times she may slip in past memory
I may see it from distance but could feel only sorry
I though of counseling her with kind words
But that was not the real solution to look forward
In normal times she used to be generous lady
She may rush to me and will always be ready
To serve with water and extend whatever was necessary
I will make her to sit near by and ask her to be worry free
She will listen to and keep quiet
I too would not press and let her
To be of her own and move around
I was really feeling at home when she was found
