Without Faith Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Without Faith

Without faith
all virtues and blessings
are as insipid as
any quantity of
condiments
without salt.

Any blessings
unaccompanied
by faithful devotion
is of very less value.

Hey, Tony! You may be aware of Hebrews 11: 6 which says that without faith it is impossible to please God, for those who come to God must believe that he is and is a rewarder of them that seek him. Remembering that the New Testament writers knew only what Christians call the Old Testament, we understand that faith is trusting God. (The word faith hardly occurs in the OT.) Hoping you’re well in all ways, Glen
