Woman Standing, Atop A Windy View Poem by james watkin

Woman Standing, Atop A Windy View

Airily girt of it, who does stand
In a soul's uplift
Love's imaginal swirl. Lacking, adrift.
Left dangled; cold-fanned.

Expressionless, but visibly shook.
Still-lent on knoll's round
But carried off, with ideals re-bound
In girl's storybook.
