Wonderland 22 Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

Wonderland 22

I woke up this morning
In wonderland
Wondering just what to do
Wondering without a plan
Requesting the heavens for a hand
Mercy new each morning
Grace hanging around too
With all this provision
Surely I should know exactly
What one should do
But somehow so many
Seems not to have a glue
How to cure homelessness
With the excessive garbage
What should we do?
How to stop the pandemic Covid 19
That's taking on many forms
Yet we told
It's not through
Don't look funny
As if it's just me
While strolling around
Wonderland
Guess what?
I saw you too
