Woodland Calms Poem by Micron Jan

Woodland Calms

In the woods, whispers call,
Aimlessly walking, I feel so small,
Calming and relaxing, hear my heart enthrall,
Gently moving forward, nature's sweet sprawl.

Sunlight dances through the leaves,
Stress relieving, as the spirit weaves,
My mind is clear, my soul believes,
In this moment, peace achieves.

Softly stepping on the ground,
Every breath, a soothing sound,
In this journey, lost and found,
Mindfulness wraps all around.

Nature's rhythm, flowing free,
In this space, I simply be,
Calming and relaxing, just me and the trees,
Gently moving forward, finding my ease.
