I wish that I could write well,
like those marveled for their skill.
But I, I jumble words together,
in sentences not necessarily stable,
and call it my poem.
These words I write,
never flow beautifully over the page,
like those of the poems I deeply cherish.
And though I strive to attain the skill,
I am left with only words.
