Spiritually, man needs to subject himself to a higher being, the God head. Man is predominantly a spirit creature with a human existence.

Intellectually, man uses his intelligence for survival especially in the development of machines to make life easier.

Mentally, man is a ‘thinking' creature. Man uses his thought process to make choices. Mental processing is essential in the efficiency, activity and general health of the brain.

Physically, man engages in fitness activities which are essential for his health.

Sensually, man needs to respond to stimuli in an alert and reasonable way.

Optionally, man expedites his choices and will choose to do as he sees fit.

Nutritionally, man selects the most appropriate food sources which are essential for his survival.
