Are you content to follow from behind
Or is it leadership that for you will bind
Maybe just to look after yourself is your creed
Or to get it right for others may be your need
Make your way individually as what's in it for me
Or what is the best for the many is something you see
To take the risk may mean see what you can get away with now
Or do you really want to do a good will mean you know how.
