Would It Make A Difference? Poem by Lavigne Kin

Would It Make A Difference?

Rating: 3.5

Its not all about how I feel, but no one cares anyway
Only a few would truly miss me if I breathed my last and died today
I'll never say my pain is worse than is yours, we just deal with it differently
Its like some form of discrimination with cruel vulgarity
Would it have made a difference if I could have done what I couldn't do
Would it have made a difference if I could have felt the love in you
Would it help if I screamed a little louder
Would it make a difference if I cried right in front of you
The world has many roads that we can take
The difference it can make in the things that we go through
I have a human heart and yes its riddled with flaws
Drowning under waves as they watch from distant shores
I seek comfort within myself as I won't find it in hearts untrue
I won't beg for nothing, nobody should have to
Would it have made a difference if I had been more brave
Would it have made a difference in the dust of yesterdays
Would it help if I screamed a little louder
Would it make a difference if I cried right in front of you
The world has many roads that we can take
The difference it can make in the things that we go through
Look where you find yourself is it where you want to be
feeling like a failure but maybe its just fate so cruel
There are so many circumstances that can derail you
Can't change what is done, is there any hope at all
