Would It Matter? ....
Here i am standing beside you
hello can't you say
in the middle of the day
home i went, to lay
Would it matter
if i left tomorrow
Would it matter
if i cried
if i smiled
if i laughed
would it matter at all
in the middle of a mess
somebody, i am trying to be
Just to let them see
The real me
like the hawk
noticing the little bird
from far away
Can't you see, what i am trying to be? !
