Would You? Poem by David Kinyanjui

Would You?

Rating: 5.0

Would you do the same?
Would you call out my name,
If only you had one chance with someone at mount everest,
And leave out the rest?

Would you get a tattoo in your heart,
Even if it hurt?
Have it engraved not with ink but honesty,
And with truth and loyalty?

Would you do the same?
Most importantly not for fame?
