Yellow Moon Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Yellow Moon

Yellow moon resting on dark water, in the last moments of day,
Exciting the howls of wolves, while the stars twinkle at Monday!
Vivid flowers in radiant bloom, ecstasy night of the full moon-
Glowing waters, fragrance June, prancing birds of hued plume.

Shadow dancers, firefly breezes, and the moon upon golden sea;
And this pleasant unlikely sight, came about quite unexpectedly.
Lusty summertime is drowsing, earth and sky have become one;
And while wending its way down, lush moon passed vibrant sun!
