In the lonely street
He was roaming,
I listened.....
He was muttering,
'I will reach thee, '
Wearing a tattered cloth,
He was wandering to and fro,
Again and again he was muttering
With a peculiar gesture,
'I will reach thee,
Yes, I will reach thee, '
His eyes were restless,
My companion ignored him completely,
But I listened to him with rapt attention,
Because I found a genuine meaning in his attitude,
It was extremely challenging
In my opinion.
