Life brings a new day birthing dawn,
The exit of Moon and the entry of Sun,
As the chirping of birds play a symphony
In tune with the clapping of leaves on a tree,
A whispering breeze plants a soft kiss
I awaken with gratitude and inner peace.
There is joy in my heart that I am here
Every breath of today I will hold dear.
For the years that had gone I have set free
Life teaches us lessons that are gold to me.
I choose to rise up, be joyful and bless,
I was, I am, I will be... to Life, Yes!
