Yesterday - Poem by Raymond Farrell

Sometimes
I wonder
If the sum
Of all
The parts
Of yesterday
Are not greater
Than today
Though lost
In time
And must
Be more secure
Than tomorrow
Which
May
Never
Be.

Today is the sum of all yesterdays and more. Tomorrow is only an expectation and at best is a sum zero (Report) Reply

Yesterday, today and tomorrow pose thought-provoking equations before the man. Some are easy to understand while others remain an enigma. Through very simple words you have tried to explain the relationship quite beautifully. (Report) Reply
