Only got you.
Nothing should break the bond you have with you,
Because when push comes to shove,
Only your Love will get you through the hurt.

They'll forever have your back,
At least those will be their words.
But this will only be true if your acts mirror their wants,
Reflect something otherwise and their back is the image in your eyes.

There are times this intention is not in mind,
But for the natural instinct of man to put themselves first.
So don't be surprised if it's their wishes they want fulfilled beforehand.
Do yourself a favor and embrace what is natural to your kind.

Tattoo the meaning of these words in your heart;
Who you are, what you're worth and why you're on this earth.
Consider their opinion but remain the star in your life's pedestal,
For others will never hesitate to put you aside in theirs.
