You Poem by Kora Clarke

You

You think I can't live without you.
You think you're
indispensable,
irreplaceable,
authentic even,
THINK AGAIN.

No one person is indispensable, another can be taught,
None irreplaceable, another can be born,
And none authentic only in personality.
So if you think I lose sleep over you.
WAKE UP,
I've got living left to do.
[Jamaica,2001]
