You And Me Poem by prabhakar bhatlekar

You And Me

Rating: 5.0

So many thousands of years
of past, I'm sure, were busy
structuring, cell by cell
You and Me, at different
parts of the earth.
Time rolled..and we were
in each other's arms
blending in each-other.
Our mixed breathing offered
the real meaning-and purpose
to the floating time.
Our bodies were curious for
each-other's God created forms.
Our throbbing existence
on our own planet was rebirth
of Adam and Eve.
