You And Me - My Friend Poem by Suman Pal

You And Me - My Friend

Yet
You, with a veil of fantacy
Lies on the ebbing
Flow of tremendous inevitability
Months after months
Years afters years
Our breath
Like an escapist fugitive
Stares at the
Expression of realities.

Everyday our decaying bond loosen
With oozing effect of senses
Our self arises, ego divulge
Everyday the lonely path widen
And you my friend
Focuses ultimate motion
On your Android screen
With repulsive sensuousness.

Look the eyes of those lovelorn hearts
Every single throb
With thousands broken parts
Yet the Earth
With same motion and affection
Days after days, months after months
Yet every second
Millions falling leaves parted
Decayed and dried
Yet we slowly stepping up
Self-isolated stairs
From the Soulful Self
You and Me - My Friend.
