You Are Gone! Poem by Charles Jagongo

You Are Gone!

When rains have fallen
Wiping away your prints in dust
When stars shall rise
I can count with you not
A lone silvery moon wanders the sky
Weird crickets' jazz so scary
Now I know you'll always be away.

So sad to have to be alone in the hours we'd love to share. A sweet, melancholy write that speaks volumes. Lovely words. PEACE
