You Are (True Love) - Poem by Michael P. McParland
You are the love of my life and
the truth of it beams from me
so bold and bright from my very soul and heart.
True love that cannot be denied
and bursts from me for you in epic tides.
You are the one I've longed and waited for,
you are my Angel Queen and everything
I want, need, and so much more.
Kira you are my only one and I adore you
completely in every way.
I'm yours and yours alone
I'm not going anywhere I'm here to stay.
Hand in hand forevermore everywhere you are
and every single place you go.
My arms wrapped tightly filling you with
the loving warmth and peace I give in tons.
Forever watching out and giving all to my only one.
You are my true love and I'd give everything
to be with you through eternity.
True love fills my heart for you,
you are a treasure so rare and pure,
a diamond in the rough and so very precious
as the kind loving wonderful woman you truly are.
I love you Kira you are my best friend and
Angel to whom my heart joyfully sings,
telling the world that I'm in love with
the greatest woman of all time.
