You Can't Do This To Me Poem by Lauren Coles

You Can't Do This To Me

Humans love to cuddle up in bed with their life partner,
But some pet owners allow them to sleep in their bed with them,
When you roll over they do the same,
If you stretch in the morning they do the same,
If you murmur in your sleep, they do the same,
If they bark at squirrels while they are in your room you have the right to kick them out,
Just because you mad at them because mean that you don't love them,
My dog thinks she owns the bed she's just a invited guest,
But a girl needs her space as well as her family.
