You Did To Me Poem by Randy McClave

You Did To Me

Always remember this
With these facts do not ever dismiss,
It's all about your soul and your morality
Which could be your fatality.
If you ever support a liar
Especially one with a prior,
Then you're also a liar as well
As your actions and beliefs does or will tell.
If a bigot or a racist you ever support
And you praise them as a cohort,
If you see them as a prophet or even as a star
Then a bigot or a racist you most likely are.
If you support an adulterer or a cheater
Then you too will deceive him or her,
This is what I will honestly say to you
And this you know happens to be true.
If you support the wealthy and or the greedy
And you won't support the poor or the needy,
If you believe the rich should have more
Remember, seldom does the rich enter God's door.
Remember, "When I was hungry'
You didn't care at all about me,
You treated me harmful and hateful and also cruel
Remember, when you made sure I didn't get lunch at school.
'When I was there thirsty'
You didn't care or give me any mercy,
You said, "I don't care for my thirst", I do quote
Remember, when I needed water while I waited in line to vote.
'When I was a stranger'
You put razor wire in the water and on the fence for my danger,
You then happily watched me as I bled and also drown
And you wore a smile and not a frown.
Remember, I'll say depart from me, you who are cursed
My judgement on you has already been dispersed,
Remember, when I asked and I needed and I did plea
'What you did to these, you also did to me'.
