Everybody watched you
As you staged a gallant fight
Everyone praised your efforts
As you struggled through the nights

Giving up was a saying
That never entered your mind
Even though in your heart
You knew there wasn’t much time

People will remember you
And just how hard you fought
All your friends and family
Will keep you in their thoughts

So now your finale journey
Is about to begin
You’ll find a place in heaven
Where we’ll all meet again
