You have been my teacher,
helping me learn about life,
pointing me in the right direction,
letting me make my own mistakes,
and helping me pick up the pieces
afterwards...

You have been my friend, listening
when I needed to talk, supporting me
when I was down, and helping me to see
that things weren't all that bad...
You have been my role model, leading me
by example...

If I could I'd give you the world...
I wish I could take back all those times when
I hurt your feelings and let you down.
I would exchange them with words like,
I LOVE YOU

I wish I could guarantee that we'd have all the
tomorows we'd ever want, and all the time we'd
ever need to celebrate and enjoy you in my life...
But I can't change the past or predict the future...
So I will just tell you how much you meant to me and
how much I love the person you are...

You unforgetable, wonderful influerence on my life...
I can never thank you enough for all that you taught me,
given to me, and done for me...

If there is happiness in my heart, it's because you helped
put it there.
If there is gentleness in my beliefs, it's because you showed
me how to care.
If there is understanding in my thinking, it's because you shared
your wisdom.
If there is a rainbow over my shoulder, it's because of your outlook
and your vision.
If there is knowledge that I can reach out, and I really can make some
dreams come true, it's because I learned from the best teacher of all.
In this time of my life, whether we are near or far, please remember
that there could never be anbody more wonderful than the person you
are...

Thank you for providing me with the stability to keep me in confident,
the knowledge to help me accomplish things, the strenght to help me
conquer difficulties...
