You Hold The Key Poem by Hayley Baker

You Hold The Key

Rating: 5.0

ever since that first hello
& goodbye
i knew that a part of me was missing
i knew that you were holding my key
my key to my heart
and that you wernt going to let it go again
shall i tell u
shall i not
i wont tell u what i know

i knew deep inside that i wanted to say hello again
and never say goodbye
deep inside i wanted to hold you tight
i wanted you to whisper in my ear the words
i've never heard
those 3 words that only mean it when
your one true love says it
those 3 words are special
and i await to hear them from you lips
i love you shall be the words

but you are a player and dont really care
i try & try with all my mite to get you
to notice
a new hair cut?
Makeover?
Or even new clothes?
Will u notice? No

your girlfriends are sweet
but to meet them would kill me inside
as you are exactly my brand of herion
as i am your friend i wont let you know
i shall rite this note and store it in
my empty heart, the heart you stole
ripped up and chewed you didnt even know
you dont even care you chose to treat me the
way you do and torment my feelings
do wish to know the truth?

To me your are my angle my saviour my sole
will you love me? Ill never know.
