You Hurt Me So Badly Poem by norman hale

You Hurt Me So Badly

Oh why do you
Put me in so much pain?
At times my tears
Drip down like the rain

You hurt me badly
And I lose a lot of sleep
And there are even times
That I moan and weep

There is so much pain
That my head begins to hurt
I wish you would come out
So I could bury you in the dirt

There are those times
That some meds do help
Then there are times
I run out of options myself

You hurt me so badly
That I can't think or see
I just don't Understand
Why you want to hurt me

I wish I had some pliers
Or some sort of metal stake
Then you would take you out
And I'd get rid of this toothache
