You said you cared but now it seems you don’t.
You said always and forever but now it’s then and never.
You said you loved me but now it’s as if you hate me.
You said I love and I thought you meant it.

Why would you act like you cared when I don’t think you ever did.
Why would you want me to believe you when all you did was lie.
Why would you hurt me like you did if you claim to love me so much.

How could I have believed you like I did?
How could I have fallen for someone who seemed so perfect?
How could I love you after everything that you put me through?

But the truth is:
I’ll love you no matter what you do to me.
I’ll love you no matter what you put me through.
I’ll love you no matter what you say to me.
I’ll love you no matter what happens between us.
I’ll love you forever and always.
