You Tell Me To Repeat – That I Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

You Tell Me To Repeat – That I

Rating: 5.0

You tell me I repeat-that I
Mention the sun, the moon, the dawn,
The night, the dark, the light, the stars,
The trees, and birds and green,
The heat, the frost, the pain, the happiness,
And mention them a hundred times and more:
You are right -- but do not be sarcastic
These are my lungs my breath my air:
And the emotions of everyone one of us.

So let me be excused in repeating them.
