You
were the only
person
who kept me lonely.
Who
made me live
And
took all I could give.
'Love'
is what you called it,
Pain
is all I felt.
Me
and my decisions are only
Left
because you let go of my throat.
Your word pattern is exquisite. Love need be pure and not a fist full of the others throat. Your poem is great in its simplicity because it conveys so much. You love someone with absolute purity, while the love returned is stained with deceit. 10! !
