You Will Always Be Alone Poem by Leloudia Migdali

You Will Always Be Alone

You will always be alone
Every small wave whispers
As it softly kisses the shore

You will always be alone
Whatever you have done, or accomplished
In this thankless life

You will always be alone
Whoever you have helped wholeheartedly
Nothing in return ever asked

You will always be alone
Whoever loved you so much
All passers by on this earth

You will always be alone
Every small wave sings to you
Incessantly;

As time erodes you slowly

Dark thoughts on dark nights, scary thoughts … yes, we are always alone in our thoughts yet in our loneliness we reach out to share the voyages of our minds and in the process enrich the world we leave behind.
