You, William Wordsworth - Poem by Gajanan Mishra

The bright ship of heaven
Let me take and
Be forgiven.
The birds the clouds
The sky the mountains
The rivers the trees
All join hands.
It is the great poet's den
And I am a small creature
Chirping here
In my mortal van.
Nobody told you
What you have done!
See, I am doing
What I am doing
With these constant
Changeless time
With your growing and
Growing power
Inherited by me.
You are my strength
You are my eternity
You are my beauty.
