You'll Have To Look Into A Spiritual Mirror

You'll have to look into a spiritual mirror
To grade yourself with God
Friend where do I find one you may ask
My friend it's found in God's Word
We look mostly at outward appearances
Whereas the Lord...He looks within
To the very heart of the matter
The deceitfulness of sin

It's a weary road we travel on
When we decide to choose our own path
For there's a straight and narrow road that leads to life
It can be yours if you just but ask
Don't just take a momentary glance
But look at it through and through
You'll soon discover the awareness of
How that God is watching you

Your accountability is recorded
To every thought...every word...every deed!
To the importance of God's Word in your life
And to it....do you take heed? ! ! !
Don't let the father of lies
Bring you to the depths of despair
When there's a loving Saviour
Who can help you out of this sphere!

Praise God for the atmosphere
That spiritual blessings bring
Why I can rejoice all the day long
Because Christ is my everything
This old world will pass away
But God's Word will stand forever
Take a good look..into His Book
And become a born again believer!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
