Young Spring Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Young Spring

Rating: 5.0

Oh beautiful young spring
how darling are your flowers,
and birds in sunshine sing
in morning awaken hours.

Each day is singing fresh
of all the dreams and way,
as morning in glow caress
the coming of the new day.

The dreams are now going by
to the hours of going night,
and waking up the blue sky
in rise of the morning light.

Oh beautiful blossoms new
your shades are bright through.

The days that have gone by
have all been in winters gray,
but now is new brighter sky
in summer and sunshine way.

With blooms in colors playing
and beauty of glowing bright,
its splendor is now staying
in all this breathtaking light.

Earth is life pleasures giving
with all its shade and spark,
and birds in harmony living
from morning and 'till its dark.

Oh stunning summer fertile
with songs in pleasures while.
