Your Baby Girl Poem by Bronte Pruitt

Your Baby Girl

Rating: 5.0

I would lke to dedicate this poem to my mother. She does everything for me and she brightens my every day.

Your love is like a river that flows to the sea
It goes on forever
That's how much you love me.

It's weird how you can blink
and 9 months has turned
into 13 years. It's also wierd
how you've dried up all of my
tears.

You have given me this life
and brightened it in every way.
You are like the sunshine on
A gray and gloomy day.

So when you have grown
old, as i will do one day,
there is one thing that i
will have to say:

I want you to know that
one day when your gone
I'll be here thinking about you.
I will make you very proud as you
Look down from that cloud up in heaven.

But while you're still here in this world
you need to know that i'm still your
Baby Girl.
