Your Best Friend



you cannot hide
the nakedness that is showing
in your eyes
you must now
tell the truth
and expose
all the lies
no more fiction
speak or write
let the darkness
become light
your emotions
your mountains
your oceans
and in the end
I am not your lover
I am only your best friend!
